Trial Return Policy

Thank you for using the Trial program with Good Apple Equine Consignment. We are sorry that the item didn't work out for you. Please select the type of item you are returning below to purchase a return shipping label. Once the item is received at the store, the Trial will be considered complete and the hold removed from your card.

Trial to Ensure Proper Fit

At checkout, we'll temporarily place an authorization hold on your card for the saddle price and will only charge you for shipping.
Trial Period
Your trial starts upon the items' delivery. Try it out and see if it's a good fit for you and your horse.
Return or Pay
Pay for what you keep
If it is a fit, your card will be charged. If it doesn't work, request and pay for a return shipping label to send it back and we'll release the card hold once the item is received in-store.
