About Us

 In 2009 a little girl outgrew her first pair of paddock boots with barely any wear and her mom knew there had to be a better way to recycle them and thus the idea of Good Apple Equine Consignment was born.

 

Georgia took those paddock boots, rented a storefront and began marketing it as a place to bring your gently used items to find new homes within the horse community.

 

The store grew room-by-room over the course of several years, finally becoming the 2,000 square foot space that you see today.

Georgia is an avid rider, who began in the dressage world and has her British Horse Society's Assistant Instructors qualification and is currently riding a Grand National Champion Paso Fino. She is extremely knowledgeable about horses, tack and saddle fit and is always willing to answer your questions. 

 

She's selective on the items we take in now in order to offer the best possible products to our customers, but the care and comfort of the horse always comes first which is why we offer a 5-day Trial on saddles so you're not stuck with an item that doesn't work for you or your horse. 

 

 The team at Good Apple Equine are all riders within various disciplines as well as talented marketing, computer and display professionals. Anytime you come in, they are all willing to help you with any horse matter you may need.

 

Over the years, our presence has grown beyond Ocala and we ship saddles all over the United States and Canada in order to help horses and riders find that perfect fit. We also accept consignments from all over as well, so please reach out to see how we can help you.

Return or Pay
Pay for what you keep
If it is a fit, your card will be charged. If it doesn't work, request and pay for a return shipping label to send it back and we'll release the card hold once the item is received in-store.
