Shipping policy

Items are generally shipped within 2 business days via UPS.

If you requested a saddle trial, the saddle will be shipped to you via UPS and you'll have 5 days upon receipt to try it and let us know if it works for you. If you have any questions, please reach out via email to GoodAppleConsignment@gmail.com or call the store at (352) 875-3334.

At checkout, we'll temporarily place an authorization hold on your card for the saddle price and will only charge you for shipping.

Your trial starts upon the items' delivery. Try it out and see if it's a good fit for you and your horse.

Pay for what you keep
If it is a fit, your card will be charged. If it doesn't work, request and pay for a return shipping label to send it back and we'll release the card hold once the item is received in-store.
