Bolero Dressage Deluxe

Sporty, dynamic, and extremely comfortable: The Bolero dressage saddle is based on an Iberian working saddle. Bolero dressage saddles combine the design of a traditional dressage saddle with the narrow waisted seat of a working equitation saddle to provide the perfect counterpoint for sporty, dynamic riding, whether in the dressage arena or in working equitation.

The Bolero Dressage has a saddle panel with bound panels on both sides that connect to both sides of the sweat flap. With the wide contact surface, the horse and rider are able to ride relaxed and comfortably since the pressure is distributed properly.

Solid blocks provide firm support to the rider’s thighs, but the rider’s knees remain unrestricted. During dressage maneuvers or during dynamic riding maneuvers in working equitation, this provides optimal support so that horses and riders can maintain their position without feeling restricted.

Thanks to the SKL area, the leather requires a short break-in time, so you can start enjoying your new saddle right away.

A very special design is added to this saddle by quilting of the SKL area on the Bolero Dressage Deluxe.

Adjustable gullet system

DP Saddlery’s adjustable gullet system is revolutionary in its ability to allow a rider to change the tree width by a fraction of an inch with just a twist of an Allen wrench, from extra narrow to extra wide or anything in between. The Allen wrench is inserted into a discreet slot located on the side of the pommel. No additional tools and no strength are required to make the change. Adjustments are so quick and easy that they can be done while the saddle sits on a horse’s back to achieve a precise fit.

The system is also durable enough so that one saddle can be adjusted for use on multiple horses throughout the day—perfect for riders with multiple horses.
