This is a stunning, technically ‘used’ dressage saddle in As New condition. It has never been used on a horse. It is the Smith Worthington Briana model of English dressage saddle, with a 19ins seat, and was factory set at XXW fitting for a draft shape of horse, although it has been stamped XW. The original price for this model of saddle is $3200 but this has been marked FOR SALE at $1500, so you would be getting a brand new dressage saddle for less than half price! External built-in knee block, no thigh block for extra-close contact. The billeting system can be modified to fit your horse exactly by manipulation of the billet guards. Although Smith Worthington Saddlery Co is an American company, this particular saddle has been made in Walsall, UK under their exacting standards. It has a steel and wood tree, wool flocked, open grain leather which means the leather is much less likely to fade from its deep black color.
About Smith Worthington Saddlery:
“Today, we build saddles with the same pride and care as did Normand Smith. We work with noted professional and amateur riders and trainers to develop the best designs. Should Normand Smith be able to visit our Hartford, Connecticut factory today, we believe that he would be impressed and comfortable with the way we make saddles. We pledge to continue this tradition of quality.
