Western Saddles

Western saddles come in all different shapes, sizes and for many disciplines.  Our online selection of western saddles are all listed on this page, or you can drill down to a specific style, or just learn more about that style on the individual saddle pages.

To measure a western saddle, you measure from the front of the seat (behind the SWELL and HORN), to the center of the cantle seat (not right to the back of the lip).  As a general rule, Western saddles are 2″ smaller than an English saddle, so if you ride in a 17″ English saddle, you will require a 15″ Western saddle – but this depends upon the make.
